Diane Harrington

Diane Harrington has 35 years of professional and volunteer experience in education, social services, and the corporate sector. During the past 18 years, she has led the Career Action Center, Catholic Charities, and Notre Dame High School in San Jose. Diane has served on many Boards of Directors and nonprofit Advisory Boards, including United Way Silicon Valley, Center for Excellence in Nonprofits (CEN), Markkula Center for Applied Ethics, and the American Leadership Forum, Silicon Valley (ALF).

Diane earned her B.A. at Occidental College and holds master’s degrees from both Stanford University and Santa Clara University. She resides in San Rafael, California with her husband Joe.

Pamela Hawley

Pamela Hawley is founder and CEO of UniversalGiving, a social entrepreneurship nonprofit whose vision is to "create a world where giving and volunteering is a natural part of everyday life." Ms. Hawley is also a co-founder of VolunteerMatch, a nonprofit which has matched more than two million volunteers with nonprofits.

Since age 12, Pamela Hawley has been active in the international realm, working in microfinance in India, crisis relief work in El Salvador, sustainable farming in Guatemala, and digital divide training in Cambodia. She graduated cum laude at Duke University and earned an M.A. at the USC Annenberg School for Communication. She is now a guest lecturer at the USC School of Business and speaks extensively on corporate social responsibility, global philanthropy and volunteerism, and social entrepreneurship, among other topics.



Christian Shelton

Christian Shelton is the founder and CEO of Obnob, a web platform that helps groups accomplish their goals and manage their members. He was the founding CEO of Young Politicians of America, a nonprofit that teaches youth about politics through service learning. Christian has received degrees from UC Berkeley, the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and the London School of Economics. Christian was awarded the Frank H. Buck Scholarship in 2000.



Mike Del Ponte

Mike Del Ponte ran his first national organization at the age of 18 and has since served as a humanitarian on four continents, most recently as a microfinance consultant in Nepal. Mike received his B.A. from Boston College and an M.A.R. from the Yale University Divinity School. His interests include social entrepreneurship, public speaking, and spirituality. He currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
